About us.

Together we will move mindfully, breathe slowly as we work towards a healthy mind and body.

Our teachers will encourage you to feel into the uniqueness of your body rather than attaining the “perfect posture”.

  • Passionate about health, welleing and community, I love cultivating balance, creativity and vitality in daily life, My flows aim to help you feel connected, energised and centred - whether it be a grounding and uplifting yoga flow or a strengthening and mobilising mat Pilates workout, each peppered with a little yoga therapy here and there.

My love of movement began as a child who loved dance, morphed into team sports, a dabble in hip-hop, running, Pilates, yoga, HIIT and strength training, some of which continued alongside my professional career as a designer and web developer, working in various global travel organisations and not-for-profits. Most recently, life's journey has lead me back to the jay of movement and embracing moments of stillness.

  • My yoga practice began as a way to strengthen my body, recover quicker and have more energy for my next outdoor adventure but has grown into so much more. As soon as I began learning about the philosophy behind the practice, I felt like I finally found the language of what in my heart I had always known to be true.

For me yoga to me is much more than making shapes with the body, its connecting body, breath, & mind as a doorway to the place of inner stillness that is always present with us all and allows that part of us to ripple out into other facets of our lives, work, creativity, family, relationships and community connection.

Guiding others on this journey for me is where the real joy as a yoga teacher comes from and something I am grateful for in every class that I teach.

  • Maddi's yoga classes combine a traditional Hatha yoga style with a yoga flow. She designs her classes to work on unlocking and balancing energy centres within the body. This combined with the power of breath, will help unite the body, breath and mind. Maddi has completed over 500 hours of Yoga Training. All students are welcomed in her classes as she provides the basics for a solid foundation to experience bliss on the mat.

  • Combining my love of dance and music, my style can best be described as a melting pot of yoga and movement set against a backdrop of emotive and uplifting music. I am passionate about making yoga a joyful experience, where people from all walks of life come together as a community to share in light-hearted practice. I am a lover of a hot and sweaty Vinyasa and truly believe that moving the body, the breath and the mind as one can dramatically change your life. My teaching style is laid back what you see is exactly what you get, you will often hear laughter coming from my classes.

While vinyasa is my first yoga love, I am also an intuitive and gifted sound meditation facilitator and yin teacher.

  • Ever since my first yoga class in my early 20s I knew I wanted to become a teacher and share yoga with the world. Pilates and Barre on the other hand terrified me - that burn was INTENSE!!! Fast forward through almost 20 years of self practice, lots of encouraging conversations, lots of self doubt and a few teacher trainings later and I could not imagine my life without Yoga, Pilates or Barre.

Whatever movement modality you join me for my style is dynamic, challenging and empowering. Connect with your inner strength in a strong flowing vinyasa class, bliss out in a deeply nourishing Yin class, or join me for an invigorating whole body Pilates class, where just when you think you've had enough we add in a pulse set. I love to make your legs quiver, your abs shake and your booty burn. All with a smile on my face, a sense of humour, a great play list, and a whole lot of love, support and encouragement.

Can't wait to meet you on the mat.

  • As a holistic therapist, my mission is to help people reconnect with the power & wisdom of their own heart, through powerful modalities such as yoga, breathwork, somatic healings, sound healing, meditation and cacao ceremonies.

As a busy  entrepreneur, wife and mumma of three, Yoga has been pivotal in my own journey of self discovery and healing.  To me, yoga isn’t about contorting yourself into shapes, but more about cultivating a deeper connection to your true self, through conscious breath and movement, so you can live a centred, deeply connected life, on and off the mat.

Practicing from the heart is the foundation of all of my yoga classes, where I offer a supportive and calming space for you to unwind and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Being.

I look forward to connecting with you soon.

  • With a personal training & nutrition background, I introduced myself to yoga to add balance to my lifestyle. Improving both physical & mental health, I feel passionate about community & helping you connect to your body & mind.

Warm & welcoming, expect a dynamic & invigorating flow with options to challenge & explore movement intentionally whilst remaining kind towards your body.

I encourage you to stay present with breath throughout to ensure a grounded practice.

Leave feeling energised & empowered with a sense of calm & wellbeing.
