Slow Flow
Combines breath with slower gentle, flowing postures with a strong focus on safe alignment. A suitable class for beginners or those wanting to mindfully reconnect with their bodies.
Energising Flow
A dynamic pace of postures where breath and alignment are not compromised but rather encouraged to build “Tapas”, our own internal fire. A variety of sequences will build strength and flexibility of body and is suitable for those with some yoga experience.
Breath & Gentle Moves
More focus on connecting breath with soft, gentle movements. In this class we will move the body intuitively and work with our individual circumstances. This class therefore is suitable for those recovering from injury, illness or with limited movement.
Gentle Moves, Yoga Nidra & Sound
Work through a series of gentle poses, a guided relaxation and be immersed in the vibration of sound.
Meditation
The meditation offered allows for stillness as we cultivate mindfulness through a variety of guided visualisation, pranayama, mantra, sound or gazing techniques.
Silent Meditation
In this class, there will be no speaking upon entry into the studio. No music will be played and no voice guidance. Sitting in stillness and silence allows for an inward focus of the breath, thoughts, feelings and sensations, without reacting or judging. Simply observing.
Recommended for those with a regular meditation practice.
Yin
Floor based asanas held for a longer period of time, that target the connective tissues of the body. Rest in rebound between each pose provides gentle release and makes this class suitable for everyone.

A combined class of our Yin and Meditation practices.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga invites a slow pace of postures that balance the body and mind through the connection and focus of the breath.
Community Classes
A free offering of yoga where our teachers will guide you through a combination of breathwork, asanas, flows and relaxation.

"Off the Mat" Yoga Discussions
A short Meditation followed by journaling and discussion about Yoga Philosophy and incorporating Yoga in your daily life.
Pilates
Floor based class targeted at building strength with the use of props.
All classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise stated.
All props are provided but feel free to bring your own mat if you like.
After each session all props are hygienically cleaned as we adhere to Covid health regulations.
